    Located on Edinburgh's vibrant Leith Walk to the north east of the city centre which is just a short walk from the lush green park of Leith Links and Pilrig Park and the hip waterfront Shore area. The Links provides an ideal location for relaxing on a rare sunny Scottish day. Whilst the Shore district is renowned for its vast array of top quality eateries and fashionable bars.

    The Leith district offers plenty of attractions including the Royal Yacht Britannia which is moored at the Ocean Terminal shopping centre which hosts a good selection of restaurants and bars, a multiplex cinema as well as a a number of great quality shops.
    The apartment is an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh with all the major city centre attractions within easy reach. The city centre is an approximately 10 minute stroll by foot or 5 minute bus journey with the main street being well serviced by a number of buses.

    The apartment is decorated to a high standard and provides a comfortable retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms and one twin bedded room , suitable for 6 guests. A cot is also available on request.

    The spacious living room provides a comfortable seating area. There is a TV with DVD player and freeview and WiFi internet access for guests who require and a dining area which can seat four. Further seating available if required. The modern, well equipped kitchen features hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, bath and electric shower. There is central heating and double glazing throughout the apartment, ensuring a cosy stay in the heart of Scotland's capital.

    Shopping & Dining:
    There is a large supermarket (open until 10pm) just across the road and Leith Walk has a provides a good selection of restaurants, take-away shops and various small shops ranging from wine merchants, bakeries and patisserie among others.

    Younger visitors:
    Families are welcome at this apartment (although no pets, please). A travel cot and high chair can be supplied by prior arrangement. There are various park nearby which provide ample play facilities for children.

    Parking and transport:
    Free private allocated off street parking is available and the apartment is well-served by frequent bus services. A taxi from the city centre costs between 5-10. The apartment is around 20 min walk to both Waverley train station and the bus station, both of which are also reachable by direct bus services. An Airport bus departs at regular intervals from Waverley bridge.
