Description
Nik Views Studio Apartment is recently renovated and at a very nice and peaceful location, facing the sea and the Old city of Dubrovnik. It is walking distance to the nearest public beaches and the Old city centre and equipped with all you need for perfect holiday.
All my guests up to now have been very satisfied and I have many of them coming back for many years. Considering my profession (hotel reception), my approach to every guest is individual and I help them as much as possible. Upon their arrival I give them a city map with the information brochure of Dubrovnik. Also I arrange a pick up (surcharge) at the airport on request.

Beautiful views, convenient location
We stayed at Nik's 'The Views' apartment in June 2012. It was very easy to book the apartment by email with Nik. He greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. The best part of the apartment is the balcony with uninterrupted sea views. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you would need with a small modern kitchenette with fridge and cooker and modern bathroom with a good shower. A pleasant 8-10 minute walk into the old town and beach. Although it wasn't a problem for us, there are a lot of steps down to the road. All in all I would recommend this apartment and would stay here again if I go back to Dubrovnik.
A Perfect Pad
We stayed in this lovely studio apartment for a week in June 2012 and it is aptly named - difficult to imagine a finer view over the Old City of Dubrovnik, and difficult to imagine a more comfortable pad from which to enjoy the whole region. The owner, Nik, is always available if you need him to help and advise, and he will make sure that your holiday is as smooth-running and enjoyable as possible.
