It was completely redecorated in March this year, dressed now in modern style.
Apartment can accommodate 4 person. It consists of a living room with sofa-bed, dining room and a kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary appliances , one bedroom with queen size bed, one bedroom with double bed, balcony with amazing sea view and terrace . Apartment has large bathroom and toilet ( fresh towels and linen, hairdryer, iron, washing machine on disposal ) . Apartment is air-conditioned , and the whole apartment has free wireless internet.
Moreover , if you are coming with your own car , or rented vehicle free parking space - garage is provided.
Apartment is situated at the part of Dubrovnik named Lapad just 2,3 km away from the UNESCO-protected zone of Dubrovniks Old Town. Lapad is a quiet residential area, peaceful and relaxing part of the town.
Nearest beaches, restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacy, etc. are all within 5 minutes walking distance. Also there is excellent bus service to the old city of Dubrovnik and the bus will take you there in 10 minutes.
Five minutes walk away from the apartment is the Uvala Lapad, with new and modern beach , a great place for a nice stroll around, with lots of bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, tourist information centre. It is a peaceful area with several beaches and is probably the place where you want to be when visiting Dubrovnik.
Transfer from/to airport, bus station and port can be arranged.
