Description
This spacious 115 m˛ apartment is in a quiet area near the city centre. It is only a short walk from the beach, 5 minutes. All exterior windows with a view to the mountains and the marsh (where there is a bird observatory). Fully equipped for six people comfortably accommodated, no sofa-bed. There is also a cot and a high chair for a baby.
Internet ADSL 10 Mb, wifi and smoke alarm.
In Deba, in the very centre of the Geopark of Basque Coast (certificated by UNESCO), near the Flysch Route (Basque Tourism Award 2010 - National Geographic Jan. 2012), between Bilbao and San Sebastian. Deba is safe and robbery is very unusual. The temperatures are usually mild. An ideal climate for those who want to flee the sweltering heat. In Deba to book a flat, take a coffee or have a meal in a restaurant is cheaper than in the cities of San Sebastian or Bilbao.
Ideal location to discover the BASQUE COUNTRY:
BILBAO, SAN SEBASTIAN/DONOSTIA, GUERNICA, BIARRITZ and VITORIA/GASTEIZ within less than one hour drive. 75 minutes from PAMPLONA.

1-Coming from San Sebastian/Donostia or Pamplona/Iruńa:
Take AP-8 motorway (Bilbao-Behobia) through Bilbao until Exit 13 Itziar-Deba. Go onto N-634 for 5 Kms by the seaside. Once in DEBA, go through the five traffic lights and turn left, after 200 mts. at Osio Kalea (not beside "Bar Lorea" but the next one), and immediately left again for about 10 mts. until building number 21. There you are!
2-Coming from Bilbao or Vitoria/Gasteiz:
Take AP-8 motorway (BILBAO-BEHOBIA) through San Sebastian/Donostia until Exit 14 Elgoibar. Then go onto N-634 through San Sebastian/Donostia for 11 Kms. until Km. 44,300 and take to your right at Osio kalea and park there.
Hourly trains from/to BILBAO and S. SEBASTIÁN/DONOSTIA. If you prefer not driving, there are trains to Bilbao and San Sebastian every 60 minutes and it´s worth travelling by train for the experience!

Deposit/Booking Notes
These rates are for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Add €8 per night for each additional guest. End cleaning: the owner will contract it for an additional €50. Payment on arrival in cash please.
The standard offer is for complete weeks from Saturday (15:00) to Saturday (11:00), in the summertime. Also during the rest of the year, weekends (2 nights) and short stays are available with a minimum of 3 continuous nights.
Please ask the owner for availability, telling him how many people you would be and specifying your dates, to know the price. All charges, except the end cleaning, are included in the rental price; also bed linen, towels and tea towels are included.
Booking deposit: Usually by a transfer of €150 to the bank account of the owner. This deposit guarantees your booking and it will be kept by the owner until your departure day. If everything in the flat is as it was on your arrival, as usually happens, the deposit will be returned to you. PAYPAL is accepted if you assume the eventual costs.
