This second floor apartment has on site private parking for one car and is located in the very heart of Dartmouth just a few minutes level walk from the many restaurants, shops and quays. With M&S 'Simply Food' just around the corner it is a great place to stay!
From rear parking area 24 external stairs or, from street, via a communal door and up a well lit stairwell to front door.
Sitting/Dining Room: 40" TV, Humax/ BT YouView PVR, Blu-ray/DVD, Internet radio, panoramic views of the river.
Kitchen: fully fitted, electric oven and induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, DAB radio with Bluetooth
Bedroom 1: King size bed (5'), fitted wardrobes, hairdryer,views.
Bedroom 2: twin beds (3') fitted wardrobes, hairdryer
Bathroom: tiled, electric towel rail, shaver point bath, large shower cubicle, basin, WC.
Parking: For one car only. One medium car in Mayflower Court private courtyard at rear and also a South Hams season ticket in case you have a large car or the Mayflower Court Car park is busy. Location description
The Apartment is located in the heart of Dartmouth, just a short distance from the river Dart. Dartmouth is the 'Jewel of the South Hams' with its narrow streets ,boutique shops, art galleries & delicatessens. It is a great place to explore on foot, by boat or train. Blue flag beaches such as Blackpool Sands are just around the coast.
