Master bedroom - Double bed, built in storage units/wardrobe with a chest of drawers, mirror and chair. Hair dryer and straighteners.
Bedroom two - Twin beds (Or King size on request) bedside table, a slimline wardrobe and mirror.
Family bathroom with a modern white suite including a bath with shower over, wc and washbasin.
Kitchen with chrome accessories, black flecked surface and colourful splashbacks. Equipped with essential utensils, crockery and additions like; cafetiere, tea pot and even egg cups! Appliances include; Tall fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Tumble dryer is available in the complex utility.
Open plan lounge diner includes; 2 comfortable brown leather sofas, coffee table, dining table to seat 4. Fantastic entertainment with wifi, large LCD TV with freeview, DVD player, CD player, Board games, deck of cards, reading books and selection of DVDs.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Patio doors provides access to the side and rear, with a private patio and bench which is the sole use of apartment 19.
Communal indoor heated swimming pool available all year and separate children's pool, shower and changing rooms are available within the apartment development. On site utility with coin operated dryers. Cold outside shower for washing wetsuits and sand in the car park and bike rack.
Putsborough beach shop and cafe for breakfast, lunch or a light snack overlooking the waves from the terrace. Beach equipment, Surfboards, body boards and wetsuits can be hired too.
No bbq's are allowed at the Apartments, But BBQs are permitted on the beach (Please help keep North Devon tidy)
Putsborough beach stretches for 3 miles to Woolacombe (Award winners 2015, 2016 & 2017 by Tripadvisor) Surrounded by National Trust countryside Baggy Point leads to Croyde with its breathtaking outlook and perfect for romantic strolls, walk to Woolacombe to grab a bite to eat or drive/walk to Croyde village or Georgeham (1-3miles)

Lovely weekend in Apt 19, We will definitely be back!
Walked the beach, went to Ilfracombe, Both liked photography so enjoyed taking some breathtaking scenery photos. Loved going for a swim in the swimming pool. Apartment was well equipped.

Cottage was in good condition and well equipped.
The welcome pack was a lovely surprise. The pool was excellent. It was great to be able to walk to Putsborough beach. Clean and tidy and great for a young family.
