Location description
On RER stop to the Champs-Elysées. This quiet, bright apartment is on the 15th floor of a 19-storey residence overlooking Paris in the La Défense district in a very quiet and nice surrounding with gardens, fountain, flowers and trees.
The Charras mall is on the ground floor with a Carrefourmarket, many restaurants, cafés, and shops. Also on the ground floor of the building is an international newsstand, as well as a boulangerie for fresh bread and croissant in the morning, and the municipal swimming pool, featuring a sauna, solarium, volley ball, ice skating and bowling facilities.
The nearby Métro station 1 gives easy fast access to all of Paris. The apartment is in a safe but lively, international neighborhood with sports facilities, a 16-screen cinema, a host of shops, theatres, cultural venues, restaurants, bars, cafés, and indoor and outdoor markets.
La Défense is at the western end of Paris' Historical Axis, which starts at the Louvre museum and takes in the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe.
The most famous landmark in La Défense is La Grande Arche, a monument dedicated to humanity and humanitarian ideals which was inaugurated in 1989.
Another must-see is the Center of New Industries and Technologies (CNIT), an architectural landmark. The district has over 60 hectares of parkland, gardens, squares, shaded plazas, and terraces. Les 4 Temps, the largest shopping centre in Europe, features over 200 shops.
The church of Notre Dame de Pentecôte offers extra calm

Great apartment
What a great apartment and the views of Paris, especially the twinkling of the Eiffel Tower will be one of our most treasured memories. Great location, handy to Metro and RER and supermarket for supplies. Welcome change for us to be able to cook our own meals and enjoy the views. We would love to return.
Apartment clean, up-to-date
Our stay was perfect, much better than in a hotel.
The view of the city and the Eiffel Tower was gorgeous and the apartment was clean, well furnished and up-to-date. We were so pleased with the condo and the Location. It was very convenient for getting to just about anywhere in Paris. It was better than we ever thought. Waking up and going to bed with such a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower was an experience our daughter will never forget. A great found!

We spent 4 wonderful days in this very clean and tidy apartment. The kitchen and furniture are perfect. Mme Bureau gave us some good advice for our visit in Paris.
A car park is in the same building, you can reach the Metro in 10 minutes.
Best of all is the view over Paris, especially at night.
During our next trip to Paris we´ll try to stay there again.

The view is beyond belief, the cleanliness was impeccable, the hostess was wel-coming and explained everything and helped with any questions we had. The beds are comfortable and it's quiet and dark to sleep at night. Having the shop-ping area and farmer's market downstairs was an added and convenient bonus. It's super easy to get to the metro station, an enjoyable 15-minute walk or so. Plenty and plenty and plenty of storage! And oh to find a huge BATHTUB in Paris is the ultimate luxury! I can't wait to return.

I’m sure we died and went to heaven! We landed in Paris from Carmel California USA and couldn’t have been more pleased. Every comfort has been considerately thought out and the cleanliness was impecca-ble. Not a crumb, not a spider web, not a hair. It’s quiet, it gets nice and dark at night using the blinds which work perfectly. Even the doors open quietly, not a squeak!! And the view is fabulous. So convenient to have stores downstairs and a farmer’s market, it is the crème fraiche on top of the tarte Tatin.
Jacqueline and Noël are kind and considerate hosts and I would recom-mend this lodging to anyone and feel confident doing so.
