This brand new luxury 2 bedroom apartment is located at the foot hills of the Sierra Carrascoy, near the popular capital city of Murcia in the Costa Calida in Spain. The spacious exclusively furnished ground floor apartment will sleep up to six people(or up to 12 utilising the adjacent property) and is within meters of a fantastic communal swimming pool and childrens splash pool.
The open-plan living/dining area is a great space for relaxing or for any evening meals in. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which opens out onto a private patio area, with everything you need for the family and children. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located from the hallway enjoying garden or patio views. Outside, the terrace has dining furniture and sun loungers - perfect for al fresco dining on the warm Spanish evenings! The terrace leads onto a private garden which is ideal for wheel chair access and children.
The terrace and garden overlook the swimming pool and the 3rd fairway of Spains newest championship golf course. Murcia itself is packed with great restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as plenty of fantastic shops and places of historical interest. A raft of family friendly beaches including Calblanque and the famous Mar Menor are located within an easy short drive and offer fantastic water sports facilities.
The stunning Corvera Golf and Country Club, lies nestled at the foot of the picturesque Sierra de Carrascoy mountains. Situated on a plot of over two million square metres, the resort enjoys a rural and peaceful setting at the edge of a protected national park yet lies within easy access of all local amenities.
The resort currently offers mountain biking and hiking trails (Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts), a fantastic new 18 hole championship golf course, driving range, a host of communal swimming pools, equestrian centre, tennis courts, several childrens play areas, fitness trails, cafe/bar and mini-market.
Golf course: The golf course and club house are unfortunately closed currently.

Location description
The Costa Calida region extends along 250 kilometers (155 miles), this stretch of the Murcian coastline is blessed with 315 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 17 degrees centigrade (63F). All of the usual sports and leisure facilities are available, and more, including the soothing mud baths at Lo Pagan, renown to relieve the aches and pains of arthritis and rheumatism. In addition, there is the exquisite Mediterranean cuisine that combines fish and seafood with fresh garden produce, providing a healthy balanced diet. All-in- all the Costa Calida is one of the healthiest places in the world, according to WHO, (The Worlds Health Organization). If you want a break from golf there are some lovely cities to visit near to Corvera - Cartegena is a historical town founded in 227BC, by the Carthaginians. The city contains many Roman ruins and an archaeological treasure including the Roman Theatre, discovered in 1987, and is still undergoing excavation today. Art Nouveau buildings, including the majestic Ayuntamiento (town hall) and interesting museums are a reflection of the importance and prosperity of this harbor city steeped in 3,000 years of history. Murcia is also stooped in history and is well worth a visit offering many attractions as well as restaurants, shops and night life.
Corvera Golf is situated in the wonderful countryside of Corvera near Murcia city and just 20 minutes from the lovely Mar Menor beaches. The golf course was designed by Spanish golfer Jose Maria Olazabal and Corvera have Sam Torrence as their Director of Golf. Murcia is fast becoming a very popular destination for a golf holiday with so many golf courses in a small area giving golfers lots of choice and variety. These include the Nicklaus Golf Trail courses of La Torre, Hacienda Riquelme, Mar Menor and El Valle as well as Hacienda del Alamo, La Manga and Mosa Trajectum.

Long term rentals welcome starting from 450/mnth (excluding bills; minimum duration applies)
Payments payable via PayPal, cheque or bank transfer
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental is required with the booking form.
The balance of rent is due no less than 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date (unless agreed previously).
An exit clean charge of 65 applies to all stays and is payable in advance with the final balance payment
A security/breakages deposit of 100 is required with the final balance and this will be fully refunded after your trip.
