Description
Luxury sea-view apartments are just 10 minutes walking distance from the main Cavtat beach and from the medieval town of Cavtat.
Apartment has a beautiful view of Cavtat bay and beyond of the Old Town of Dubrovnik.
It is located on the first floor and as such ensures complete privacy and comfort. It consists of three double bedrooms , two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a living room with a large terrace/balcony.
The commodious living room comprises of a comfortable sofa (for 2 persons sleeping), table, cable TV, air condition . The kitchen is very sleek and modern and comes fully equipped (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine) to make your visit more comfortable. Bedroom space consists of a large double bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. Bed linen and towels are provided.The bathroom is complete with standard utilities and includes a washing machine and hairdryer. There is outside barbique as well.
The apartment has its own parking space. Several restaurants, big supermarket, caffé bars, a fitness center, tennis courts, an aqua sports center and all other facilities are within 10min walking distance from the apartment.
There is a regular local bus connection to the old town of Dubrovnik all year round and boats operating frequently during the summer season. (bus no.10, bus station is 200 m away) .
We will always be at your service, ready to give you advice or a recommendation, anything you need to make your stay with us the most pleasant experience.
We also offer taxi services and organizing trips. To all our dear guests who arrived by plane organize free transfer from and to airport, and for those arriving by car private secure parking.
I hope I will be able to offer you accommodation in my apartments and to offer you a glass of my father's domestic vine in our home.

If you dont want to be in a middle of the holiday rush ,this is a place ,on the budget and fabulous!
What an amazing holiday! Marina and her husband were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. From picking us up and dropping us back at the airport to telling us all about the local area, arranging trips for us, and generally going out of their way to help us they made our holiday. The apartment is lovely, clean, modern and well equipped, and large enough for 7 of us. The view from the terrace was incredible with a beautiful view of the sunset and meant that sitting out there was a fantastic way to spend your evening. It is really close to a supermarket and you have a big fridge so you can keep it topped up with cold beers! The harbour area was gorgeous and a maximum fifteen minute walk from the apartment. Beaches could be reached in ten minute. We'd go back again tomorrow and are so sad to be home!
