I leave in the same building and this will ease the interaction with you any time you need.

The Neighbourhood
The area is quite nicely organized neighborhood. If you need peace of your mind over nights and during the weekends then this is the right place for you. However the "busy" area is just 10min away(metro De Broucker).
There are parking spaces on the street, free of charge from 6PM to 8AM.
During the day is payable 1 eur/hour or 25 eur for half day(8AM -1.30PM or 1.30PM-6PM)
