    Location description

    The village of Beadnell is located on the North Northumberland coastline, about 2 miles south of Seahouses, 13 miles north of Alnwick and 5 miles south of Bamburgh. The area is well known for its sandy beaches, water sports, castles, golf courses, picturesque scenery and coastal wild life.It is a peaceful village but benefits from a couple of good pubs and a cafe/bistro, who serve excellent food . There is a fish and chip shop (seasonal) and general store/newsagents. There is a lovely playground. The village provides an ideal central point from which to discover this fascinating area.

    We love coming to 4 Appletree 2 or 3 times a year. The welcome from Jill is always very warm. The apartment is always so clean, comfy and cosy. We are looking forward to our next trip in November.
