Location description
Ariccia is in the heart of the Parco dei Castelli Romani, place of holiday tradition. We were staying the ancient Romans, and then the noble families of Rome and the popes. The village is cheerful and festive and lively.
The lovely lakes of Nemi and Castelgandolfo are very close

From Rome's Termini station Metro A terminus Anagnina (metro trains steps every 3 minutes). Take bus Cotral directed Velletri via Ariccia, Genzano.
From Rome's Termini station you can take the train to Albano Laziale FR4 (ticket costs EUR 1.90. ),train approximately every hour, no holidays, stops at Capannelle Ciampino Airport-Pantanelle-Marino-Albano-Castel Gandolfo), get off at Albano and continue to Ariccia with shuttle service every 30 minutes.
