    Description

    There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms and the master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, there is also a further bathroom with a shower over a small bath. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans; the master also has a small safe for valuables. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for six people & has a built-in ceramic hob and a fan assisted electric oven, fridge-freezer, and built-in microwave. An automatic washing machine is situated in the walk-in utility area. An iron and ironing board are also supplied. The lounge area is simply furnished & includes a CD player, TV & DVD player. We are equipped with Wi-Fi. There is a built-in barbeque situated on the large terrace.

    Location description

    The resort is ideally suited to families with young children. The beach is very safe & sheltered with ideal swimming conditions. The supermarkets stock a good range of basic foodstuffs. Car hire although not essential is recommended & there are several places where you can do this. There is a good bus service into town several times a day & the stop is very close to the property.

    Lovely apartment in excellent location

    This was our second stay at the apartment. Everything was as expected, clean & well serviced. No air con but there are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms which were adequate when we were there (early July). The view from the balcony is fabulous & there is a good built-in barbeque. The apartment is within easy walking distance of perhaps half a dozen good restaurants + a convenience store. The apartment sits high above the beach with stairs going to/from - perfect for the fit & healthy but be aware that there are a lot of them! Overall, delighted with our stay on both occasions. Final note - if you are visiting Menorca for the first time, be sure to visit some of the prehistoric sites, they are extensive & fascinating and not as heavily promoted as they should be - google menorca talayotica for more info.

    lovely apartment with amazing sea views

    me and my family had a fantastic holiday staying here. The apartment caters for all your needs and much more it is close to all the amenities lovely restaurants friendly bars, shops and bus stop. my husband and i took a lovely walk along the clifftop to a lovely little harbour village na macaret if you dont fancy the walk you can get the road train . we look forward to booking this apartment again in the near future

    Arenal Den castel

    We have been to several apartments at this resort over the years and and this apartment is without doubt one of the best. It is extremely well maintained and the furniture/bathrooms/bedrooms are of a high standard. It is also a very spacious apartment with a large balcony and built in BBQ. The view from the balcony is fantastic. We will be returning again in the near future hopefully!

    Deposit/Booking Notes

    Our changeover day is Friday which we cannot vary during June, July & Aug, we may be able to be flexible at other times if asked.All listed prices are based on the date of departure & up to 4 guests. Add 6 per night per additional guest to the maximum of 6. During the main summer school holidays our minimum stay is 14 days as per the dates shown. Bookings are secured by an initial payment of 20% of the rental cost, the balance of which is due no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. A refundable damages deposit of 175 would be payable with the balance. Payment by cheque or bank transfer.
