Apartment 221 is one of two identical, adjacent apartments.......with No. 220 (under reference 13215) being the other one. Both apartments can be rented together to form a very large apartment as there are hotel style dividing doors. However, these doors are normally kept locked.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is on a secure, gated, complex with communal pool (with island bar), separate children's pool and play area. The property has its own private roof terrace which has 360 degree views (no furniture on the roof terrace). The apartment has all the facilities needed for a holiday plus has a safe, washing machine, dvd player and tv plus built-in bar-b-q.
Restaurants, shops, bars, laundry, disco etc etc are nearby.
Rentals need not be for full weeks and arrival / departures need not be on the week-end.
Loads of activities are on the island - or just laze by the beautiful pool or sit on the terrace watching the world go by.
The resort includes a marina, where scuba diving and submarine trips are available.
The livelier resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos are about a 20 minutes drive away. 10 minutes to the east is Los Abrigos, an old fishing port with its many fish restaurants. Siam Park, (water theme park) is about 30 minutes drive away and it is near Playa de Las Americas. El Medano, a sandy beach is about 10 minutes drive away.
So, all in all, you can choose the fairly quiet resort or venture out to wherever you wish.

Location description
Apartment 221 is one of two identical, adjacent apartments - No. 220 being the other one (ref 13215) and are situated on the popular Fairways Club, which is at the Amarilla Golf Complex, approx. 15 minutes drive from Reina Sofia Airport. It has 2 beds, 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 4 people. Both apartments can be rented together and, if you wish, the hotel style doors can be un-locked to form a large apartment. These doors are normally kept locked, however.
Each apartment has its own, private, roof terrace - which has 360 degree views (no furniture on roof terrace). The apartment has all the facilities needed for a holiday, plus each has a safe, washing machine, dvd player and TV plus built-in bar-b-q. Nearby restaurants, bars, disco, laundry, supermarkets, beauty salon etc. Rentals need not be for full weeks and arrival / departure need not be on a week-end. Loads of activities on the island. The apartments were up-dated in 2008 but have recently had some replacements, such as couches. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartments but this is available at most of the local bars etc

Directions
The resort is situated mid-way between the airport (which is about 25 - 30 mins drive away) and Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Amarilla Golf Complex is only a short distance from the TF1 motorway. Car hire is recommended - which may be booked at the resort as are taxis. Coach trips to various places of interest are also available. A bus stop is about 300m walk away and a bus will take you to various parts of the island.

We also provide, free of charge, a Welcome Pack, which includes such items as tea, coffee, milk etc so that you do not have to rush out for those items immediately on your arrival. |

We prefer full payment when booking is made, please, plus there will also be the Security Bond of 200 per apartment. However, the 200 will be refunded a few days after guests leave the apartment - provided that no damage or losses have been sustained.
