The spacious living/dining room is decorated in modern minimalistic style & is equipped with a surround sound Home Entertainment system with Blu-ray, Full HD, 3D and a High definition flat-screen Smart TV with webOS.
There is a very large selection of TV programmes in many languages available as well as your very own NETFLIX access to a big variety of movies, series & documentaries.
For the ever toiling businessman and techno-crazy youth, Wi-fi internet is provided. What’s more, the sofa converts into a comfortable double bed for those extra two who just had to come along.
The spacious 40m2(400sqft) terrace has a dining area, sitting area, BBQ, lounge chairs, sunbeds and the views are spectacular.
The open plan kitchen ensures that the culinary genius in the kitchen can always be a part of the festivities. Needless to say all heed has been paid to the needs of the chef. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooking plate, dishwasher, oven, fridge, micro-wave and a host of other goodies. There is even a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and other helpful gadgets. The city of Altea has one of the largest markets on the Costa Blanca. Held every Tuesday, the Altea market is a perfect place to find some bargains, as well as to have a fun morning out.

Festivals and Events
There is no better place than Altea to get involved in one of the many colourful fiestas which represent a true taste of Spanish culture. Most have an abundance of food and drink available along with street dancing which lasts well into the night. On June 4th Altea plays host to the Feast of San Pedro and La Virgen de Carmen. These fiestas celebrate the summer solstice, the longest day of the year. Be ready to dance the night away whilst indulging in abundant amounts of food and drink with fireworks going off all around you.
If you happen to be here in the last week of September don't be surprised to see people dressed in battle-ready costumes with guns from the 13th century. They are re-enacting the battle between the Moors and Christians. All of this goes on with bands playing and guns blazing.
Just get in there and enjoy all that is going on -especially the local food and drink. This is a must on your fiesta schedule as the town becomes a riot of processions and parades.
Street markets
Every Tuesday tourists from the surrounding villages arrive and Altea becomes a town bustling with life; even more than normal. It is well worth a visit to the street market in Altea!
You will also find street markets and flea markets in the surrounding villages.

Theme Parks: The area around Altea boasts largest, most exciting theme park in Europe the “Terra Mitica” includes an Aqua Park & a zoo & is just a 20 minute drive away.

Airport: Alicante: 70kms
Exit Alicante airport and follow signs to AP 7 (blue signs to the motorway).
Make sure you are heading north to Alicante/Valencia/Barcelona
After 40 minutes exit at junction 64 for Altea/Calpe. Watch out for speed control cameras!
Your hostess will be waiting for you at the exit of the motorway, will escort you to Ashanti Bay and settle you in.

Deposit/Booking Notes
1.Excessive noise is not permitted between 23h30 and 09h00 and during the siesta hours between 15h00 and 17h00.
2.The swimming pool is closed when there is no lifeguard present. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children at all times. Inflatable items shall not be used in the swimming pool, other than that which is essential for the safety of young children
Young children must wear appropriate swimwear
For safety reasons, glass items are prohibited around the swimming pool
Please ensure to shower before entering the swimming pool
Smoking is prohibited in the swimming pool area
3.Garbage must be deposited in the bins provided on the road near the reception area
4.Cars may only be parked in Ashanti’s designated space
5.It is prohibited to hang out washing and towels on the outside of the terrace where they may be visible from the street. Please use the drying rack provided
6.It is expected that you take good care of Ashanti Bay and treat it as if it was your own home
The service charge of EUR 80/- is required to be settled in cash upon arrival. This charge includes final cleaning fee and initial supply of bed linen and towels
7.The security deposit of EUR 300/- is refunded by transfer within 7 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
8.Electricity is charged at: 0,35 € per KW
9.Wi-Fi/Internet: is provided free of charge
As use of all equipment is offered to our guests free of charge, no claim can be entertained in case of unforeseen malfunctioning of any appliance.
The guest is responsible for the checking of the inventory according to the inventory list provided. If there are any deviations, these must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.
Liability waiver
The tenant exempts the landlord from any responsibility for damage to objects or persons as a direct cause of the use of the property.
The tenant is required to inform the landlord immediately of any abnormal situations or incidents which could affect the rented property or its furniture and equipment.
The landlord is exempted from any liability resulting from misprints.
