Description
Apartment situated in the historical centre of the peaceful town of Almuñecar (in the southern coast of Spain). Fully equipped for 4 guests with a dormitory with a double bed or two single beds and a sofa-bed in the living room. Also including a kitchen (equipped with materials) and a bathroom. The apartment also disposes of 40 flat TV screen, air conditioning/heating and FREE WI FI. Good quality furniture and materials, only 5 years old.
Very close to the beach (5 min. walk) and accessible to the rest of the town. Town full of fenitian historical culture such as the "San Miguel" castle or the park of "El Majuelo" the town is also good for activities including a wide range of possibilities such as a large water park "Aquatropic" an aquarium (biggest in Andalucia) all complimented with a selection of beautiful sandy beaches. Also well communicated with roads leading to airports, commercial centres... 1 and a half hours away from the ski station of Sierra Nevada.

Location description
Almuñecar town is a very rich cultural region provided by its inmense historical sites. The most important ones are; the fenitian “San Miguel” castle, the roman salt factory in the park of “El Majuelo” famous for it´s many nighttime shows and the roman aqueduct which has been fully remodelled and adjusted so that it´s beauty can be fully seen by our tourists. Almuñecar is a quiet but lively town in the south coast of Spain and as such has a full Spanish tradition in; food, the fish and meat arriving to this town are fully fresh and prepared in form of the typical mediterranean food, can be degustated in the many restaurants that this town offers (good quality and mostly).
Festivities, Almuñecar is a keen town in celebrating the many festivities that go on during the year the most important of which are; Semana Santa (typical spanish festival that everyone must see at least once in a lifetime) and San Juan; the party that initiates the plesant spanish summer. All these facilities are of course complimented by the exceptional climate in this town which provides the region with over 280 sunny days a year. In conclusion, it is a place to visit!

Directions
Almuñecar town is situated in a privileged position in the southern coast of Spain, it is directly linked to important transport networks such as the international airport of Malaga (which offers a wide variety of flights available from all the world and with various conpanies offering different price ranges). Also quite close is the train station of Malaga which is one of the main ones in Spain, and the ferry ports of Marina del Este and Motril, both situated very close to Almuñecar. To even make the situation easier, rent cars or taxis will be made available and we can look for these for our customers if they have previouly asked, making their journey and holidays much easier.
