Fantastic apartment in an amazing location available to rent 365 days a year. Perfect for Families, Couples and Golfing groups. It is situated within the exclusive La Finca golf complex at the edge of the sierras.
It is a 5 minute drive from the local village of Algorfa and about 20 minutes to the nearest sandy beaches. On the resort itself there is a 5 star hotel and a few bars, restaurants and shops. At the centre of this is the championship La Finca golf course.
The apartment has two good sized bedrooms with two single beds in each, one bedroom has en-suite and there is a further family bathroom. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults.
The Apartment also benefits from a private balcony and sun terrace which are ideal for breakfast alfresco and BBQ's till the sun sets, or just catching a few ray before cooling down in the shared pool.
There is so much to say about the region that it couldn't be said here however, we have talked about the two great cities of the beautiful Murcia and Alicante which are steeped in history:
Murcia has the largest out of town shopping complex in the area, it has many boutique style shops as well as the usual collection of well known high street names in the centre plus the out of town shopping malls. Parking is free in all car parks, so you can really take your time! Murcia has an overwhelming array of museums, art galleries and centres and beautiful historic buildings, so if it is culture that you crave you will certainly enjoy your time here. The city itself is cosmopolitan with huge array of local Spanish cuisine.
There is also the Terra Nature and Aqua Natura Theme Park where you can easily enjoy a whole day out. Terra Natura Park is divided into two areas; African Savannah and the Iberian Peninsula and has over 300 animals and 50 species of trees and plants. Aqua Natura is a water park and has pools and slides for children and adults as well as a lazy river.
Alicante is a city which has something for everyone. There is a beautiful historic section with the Castle of Santa Barbara as it's crowning glory, a traditional bull ring, a wonderful long sandy beach, a impressive marina from where you can take a boat trip, a great selection of boutiques, department stores and specialist shops, and many fiestas like the famous Hogueras de San Juan around the end of June.

Location description
Algorfa is a charming inland village which has a large and impressive church square. Algorfa offers a good range of local and international restaurants, some shops for all the essentials and the large Sunday morning market know as Zoco Market, which is full of fresh food, home wares, clothing and the like.
The Rio Segura runs past Algorfa. There is a municipal sports complex with outdoor swimming pool as well as the impressive golf course and spa at the La Finca Resort.
Next to Algorfa is the The Vega Baja town of Almoradi which hosts a very popular street market every Saturday morning. The stall holders set up in the streets that surround the beautiful Church Square adding to the atmosphere. The square itself is well worth a visit, with the beautifully manicured trees, the majestic church, the helpful tourist office and town hall. The town also has an old casino, a theatre called the Teatro Cortes, a municipal Auditorium Municipal and an outdoor swimming pool for use during the summer.
You have the beautiful beaches of Cabo Roig, Guardamar del Segura which is renowned for its many kilometres of fine sandy beaches, Dehesa de Campoamor and La zenia to name a few.
Dehesa de Campoamor is the most southerly area within the Orihuela Costa. It has a beautiful long sandy beach, at one end of which is a picturesque marina and club house. It is the starting point for the Orihuela Costa Coastal Walk and the Aguamarina Natural Coastal Park forms part of its coastline.
Five golf courses are situated in the area; Dehesa de Campoamor, Las Colinas and Las Ramblas, Villa Martin and La Finca.
