    This unique apartment is eqipped and presented to a superb high standard and offers comfortable accommodation for two to four adults or family units of up to six. It is comprised of a very large living/dinning area wth a 32 inch
    LCD TV,DVD player and stereo system, free WIFI, double sofa bed a three seater sofa and dinning table with sitting for six people.
    The bedroom is large and has a large double bed and two bedside cabinets, wardrobe, sofa bed, chest of drawers and arm chair. There is a fully equipped kitchen with hob and oven, microwave, fridge,kettle, toaster and washing machine.
    The bathroom is fully tilled with shower unit, hand wash basin and toilet.
    Outside the large walled garden provides the ideal space for sunbathing and relaxation, there are sunloungers, reclining chairs, garden tables and chairs with parasols and a gazebo with rattan furniture for those moments when you want to relax away from the sun, there is the pool and a BBQ area with brick built BBQ and table and chairs making perfect for al fresco dinning.

    The apartment is located in the heart of the Silver Coast an area rich in history, culture and outstanding natural beauty which is still very unspoilt and offers great value for money. The Silver Coast offers the real portuguese expirience with unspoilt countryside, long stretches of golden sand, breathtaking lanscape, historic towns, traditional villages, stunning beaches, excellent food, welcoming people and great golf.

    Relax by the pool or visit the numerous places of interest to be found along the Silver Coast. The great location of the apartment means these are all within easy driving distance.

    Alcobaca is just a short drive from Nazare a traditional fishing village with cobblestone streets, winding paths and stunning blue flag beach, also nearby are Sao Martinho do Porto the beautiful natural shell shaped bay with very calm waters making it the perfect choice for those families with young children and the

    amazing lagoon at Foz do Arelho great for surfing and wind surfing. Ther are several more unspoilt beaches just a little further away and within easy driving distance, Praia Del Ray with world class golf (18 hole course).

    For those seeking culture there are no less than three UNESCO world heritage sites at Batalha, Tomar and Alcobaca. The medieval walled town and castle of obidos, the royal spa town of Caldas da Rainha, the fortress town Peniche, the university town of Coimbra boasting one of the oldest universities in the world and the Natural park of Serra Daire and candeeiros.

    The climate is idyllic with aproximately 300 days of sunshine per year.
