    Spacious apartment close to the beach yet just a few minutes walk from Aberystwyth town centre and convenient for the university and National Library and restaurants and dining. With free fast broadband, good for couples, business travellers, and families.

    Whatever the season or reason for coming to Aberystwyth, our recently refurbished harbour-side apartment is the perfectly positioned home away from home.

    Overlooking the harbour, a few paces away from the beach and just a few minutes walk from the town centre, the bright and airy apartment provides self-catering comfort for up to 6 guests, with complementary Wi-Fi.

    The living/dining room has views over the harbour and marina, the river Rheidol and the hillsides beyond and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen area, giving you the flexibility to eat in or dine out.

    Our flexible apartment can be configured as a 1 bed or 3 bed accomodation to suit your needs

    The self-contained, centrally heated Aberystwyth harbourside apartment is spread over two floors and has complementary WiFi. On the first floor, a large bay window in the living/dining room gives wide views over the river and harbour and across the surrounding countryside. An extending dining table seats up to 6 and there are two sofas, coffee table and tv and dvd and cd players.

    The fully equipped kitchen area includes oven and hob, microwave, a good-sized fridge/freezer and a full range of items and utensils for cooking, serving and eating, as well as tea towels, sponge and washing up liquid etc.

    One of the bedrooms, with kingsize bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, is also on the first floor, and across a half landing are two bathrooms, one with bath and both with shower, as well as a utility area with washing machine, tumble drier and clothes airers.
    Up the stairs, on the upper floor, are two further comfortable furnished bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a superking double which can alternatively be made up as twin singles.

    The apartment is centrally heated throughout and all bedding (except cot bedding), towels and bath mats are supplied (though do please bring your own beach towels, if required). We also provide a few basic welcome supplies, including tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, cereals and fresh milk, washing up essentials, toilet paper and toiletries.

    Children are very welcome and, on request, we can supply an extra childs mattress and bedding and/or a cot (please bring your own cot bedding) and highchair. However, please be aware that the apartment is a maisonette with a number of internal stairs and so young children will need to be carefully supervised.

    For the same reason the apartment is not accessible by wheelchair and may not be suitable for those with impaired mobility. If in any doubt do call Jackie to discuss your needs or any specific requirements or requests (on 07974776604 or 01970 611379).
