Description of holiday villa in Yeni Foca, Aegean Coast
The villa is located on a hillside facing north north-east, overlooking Yeni Foca and the bay. It has the capacity of 6 persons, and, if given some time to prepare, a 4th bedroom for a further 2 persons can be made ready. It would be ideal for a large family or a group of friends who want to stay close by each other.
The kitchen has all mod cons, and there is a lounge area with digital TV (Hotbird connection, which has a range of English channels). In the cold season one can light the fire in the open fire place in the lounge.From the terraces you can have fantastic view over the town and the sea, and in the evenings one may see some spectacular sunsets.
The house has a private garden and swimming pool. There is also outside furniture for the balconies and terraces.

Location description
Yeni Foca is a small town on the Aegean coast, about 20 km north of it's better known 'sister town' Eski Foca. The athmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and the beach goes all along the sea front.There are shops and restaurants, and the best of all; it has not been spoilt by mass tourism.
The house is located on the outskirts, in a quiet area on a hill, with excellent views both seawards and to the inland hills.
Other activities
Excellent beach free of charge.The 'gym' is an outdoor activity area with various installations for self-training. Much used by young and old after sunset.Trips to nearby tourist attractions, like Pergamon, Ephesus.
Shopping trips to Izmir, to the covered Bazaar Kemer Alti
Boat trip from Eski Foca to the Greek island of Lesbos (2 hours)
Walk (or bike ride) 8 km up to the village of Kozbeyli where a lot of arts and crafts are sold.
Local events
Weekly market day on Wednesdays, in Kozbeyli on Sundays (Well worth a visit!).Some festivals during the summer season.
