Ideal for relaxing inside and swimming under, most of the year and is rolled off during the very hot months. Can be locked to prevent small children accessing the pool unsupervised.
The Villa is situated only five minutes walk to bars and shops. Ten minutes drive to beautiful blue flag beaches. Only 5 minutes drive to the three golf courses of Villmartin, Las Ramblas and Compoamor. Twenty minutes drive to the town of Torrevieja. Thirty to fifty minutes drive to Alicante airport. Only 15 minutes from Murcia airport.

The front terrace is now enclosed by reflectorsol glass sliding double glazed units for added all year round comfort. To provide useful additional family space.

There are many good restaurants and bars in the locality.Several blue flag beaches are 10 minutes drive away.
Three golf courses are 5 minutes drive.
We are situated in a quiet residential area but only 5 minutes walk to nearest bars and restaurants.
