A split-level lounge and dining room - 45m2 - with an extra sofa bed, opening to a private covered front terrace (40m2) with esplanade, and to the garden/pool common area, where you can sit and enjoy the sunset. In the private terrace you will also be able to enjoy the barbecue to prepare your leisurely holiday lunches and alfresco dinnings.
Fully equipped kitchen, which has an oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven, table for 6.
Laundry room equipped with the washing machine;
First floor – about 80m2:
Master bedroom, with double bed, private bathroom and large terrace with furniture, overlooking the pool area;
2 double bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
Up to 6/8 persons, two sleeping in the lounge, in a sofa-bed. Up to 10 persons, two sleeping in the games room, in a sofa-bed.

Location description
Vilamoura- what to to?Vilamoura is undoubtedly the Algarve's premier holiday resort. It´s known by the first Marina made in Portugal, the luxury resorts, and its surrounding pine forests.
The vibrant and exclusive Marina, 15m walk away, or 5mins car, with its numerous exciting bars and restaurants is a mere 2km's away. A wide variety of designer shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, offer you a family-friendly and more sophisticated dining. It also has one of the few casinos in the Algarve.
The beaches at Vilamoura, are spectacular typical Algarvean beaches. This make you take this holiday villa in Vilamoura for a family holiday.
The long, soft golden sand and clear seas, safe for swimming and free of dangerous currents award-winning Falésia beach or Vilamoura Beach are a fantastic idea for family holidays.
There is also everything for the sports enthusiast. Golf is the main sports attraction, with five championship courses in the immediate vicinity and numerous others close by. The nearest ones are Millennium, Pinhal, Victoria, Old Course, Laguna and Vila Sol.
Golfing holidays to Vilamoura do not disappoint. With 5 golf courses, Vilamoura caters for players on any handicap. The Millennium, a new 18 hole course and the Laguna Golf Rourse are demanding courses which provide a challenge for any player. However the Pinhal Golf Course and Old Course offer spectacular views.
Deep sea fishing is exceptional. Boat excursions leave from the marina, where you will see the largest black marlin (737kg) caught off the coast of Portugal.
The evening entertainment in Vilamoura, is extensive. Every taste in restaurants, bar and night club is satisfied, and the casino provides entertainment for the adults.
Other facilities in Vilamoura, Algarve, include a horse-riding school, Shooting Club, night clubs, cinema, a Tennis Centre and a lawn Bowling Club. There are 4 Water Parks in the vicinity, and the Zoomarine Park (where you can swim with the dolphins - book very early). There is even a preserved Roman site and the Museum of Cerro da Vila explaining the history of the area.
A car is recommended, but not essential. There is a nearby bus stop, with a service operating to Vilamoura, and other local villages including Albufeira. Taxis are also reasonable. The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk. So many things to do, but you can also just sit around the pool lapping up the sun in Europe’s finest climate.

You have castles and History to discover – Lagos, Sagres and Silves are from 30 to 60 mns away.
Silves was the former capital of the Arab Empire in the Algarve. You have several memories of those times and several Arab gardens to appreciate.
Monchique – is a mountain village near Silves, where you will find a different image of the Algarve, with a unique gastronomy to discover. In the top of the mountain – In Foia you have a wonderful 360ş view.
Tavira is a charming little town with several monuments to find out;
The villages of Alte, Estói, S. Brás de Alportel represent the traditional Algarve, with its cobbled streets and tiny colourful houses.
Weather in Vilamoura - this part of the Algarve basks in 3000 hours of sunshine a year, which is more than the Costa Brava. However, the summer temperatures are slightly less extreme, averaging around 31ş throughout August.
