This delightful 3 bedroom,3 bathroom villa is situated in the new development of Varandas do Lago which is in the heart of the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve in the Algarve, Portugal. Surrounded by beautiful umbrella pines, the new development is within easy reach of the prestigious resorts and famous golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, it is also close to miles of golden sandy beaches, and stunning sunsets. Faro Airport is just a 20 minute drive away.

Varandas do Lago is situated in the Golden Triangle of the Algarve, between the well known resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago in Almancil, Algarve. This area is famous for its sandy beaches and its many golf courses. Our Villa is just minutes walk from the miles of unspoilt sandy beaches at Ancão.

The brand new Varandas do Lago luxury development is situated in the Nature Reserve of Ria Formosa on the Algarve. One of the few unpolluted coastal zones that remain in Europe, Ria Formosa has more than 200 species of birds, many of them rare, and they are a constant delight year round.

The largest tennis facility in Portugal is only a 5 minute drive away. With 10 all-weather courts, four synthetic courts, further courts planned and a communial swimming pool, the Tennis Academy attracts several national and international tennis fixtures throughout the year.

5 minutes drive from the famous Vale Do Lobo golf courses (Royal and Ocean), 5 minutes drive from Quinta Do Lago golf courses (North and South), 5 minutes drive from Pinheiros Altos golf course and 10 minutes drive from San Lorenzo golf course.
15 minutes drive from Vilamoura and its courses.

Vale do Lobo Tennis - 5 mins drive. The Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy has 14 courts, of which ten are all-weather and four synthetic, as well as a mini-tennis and paddle tennis court. This is one of the largest tennis facilities in Portugal, it attracts national and international tennis fixtures.
