Description of holiday villa in Vale de Parra, Algarve
The villa has a stylish open plan lay-out. Villa Archer has been designed and furnished with adults in mind, a wonderful feeling of space which is fully Air Conditioned (or heated).
Villa Archer can easily comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, plus a further 2 on a Raised double size AeroBed, if required. The villa has a large pool (approx. 8m x 4m) and sun deck which provides space for you and all your guests to relax and enjoy the sunshine, or to watch those famous Algarve sunsets.
Patio furniture is supplied for your use, this includes sun-loungers to enable you to top up that tan! If you require a little shade, there is a covered porch area. To allow you to fully appreciate the outdoor lifestyle, we provide a good sized Bar-B-Que available for use for that alfresco dining experience.

An open-plan, spacious room with large 1, 2 & 3 seats sofas, the spacious airy lounge is tastefully decorated and has an attached dining area seat six people which opens out onto the garden and patio area. There is a large 42" Flat Screen Television that receives both Portuguese stations and Sky satellite channels, to compliment the TV there is also a DVD/MP3 and CD music centre and a closed wood burning fire an added advantage as it is air conditioned throughout, this also acts as heating during the cooler months. The family room is a nice quiet area to relax in while everyone else is being energetic outside, just sit with a good book and let the world go by.
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/ freezer - with ice maker, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the crockery, cutlery, glass ware, and cooking utensils you will need. There is also a small dinner table and four chairs, suitable for that informal snack or meal. The kitchen opens out onto a separate patio area with large table suitable seats six to ten people for a relaxing "Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner".
The master bedroom is again spacious and cool. It contains a large super king size bed, bedside cabinets, security safe and your own TV with cable connection. There are two double large wardrobes, so you will have ample space for all your belongings. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, wash bowl and hair dryer. Privacy is a great feature, with the master bedroom being separate from the other bedrooms and on the first floor. For extra guest there is raised double size AeroBed.
The second and trird bedroom, this also is a wonderful and bright, It features twin beds, bedside cabinets, security safe and your own TV with cable connection a large built in wardrobe with mirror and hair dryer, giving ample space for all your holiday clothes. It uses the third family bathroom. The bedroom which opens out onto the front patio garden of the property

There is ample terrace furniture including sun lounges, table and chairs surrounding the enclosed garden area and 8m x 4m heated salt water pool with Roman end bubble seat incorporated in steps. There is a good sized Bar-B-Que available for use on the terrace

The Villa is situated in a quiet area of Vale de Parra to the west of Albufeira and is close to many attractions and beaches. The closest towns are, Armação de Pera and Albufeira where there are countless places of interest to allThere is no shortage of stunning golf courses close by, there are enough challenging courses to satisfy any golfer. Salgados Golf (18 hole) is situated less than 10 minutes walk or a 5 minute drive away. There are also tennis and squash courts plus several very good horse riding centres available.

The life of the sea - Swim with dolphins in a spectacular ocean life theme park. Spend a fantastic day with dolphins, sharks, seals, turtles, exotic water birds, crocodiles and tropical fishes and have lots of fun!
There is an extremely good shopping mall to be found within 10 minutes drive, a visit to Algarve Shopping is well worth while, here there is something for all the family. There is a choice of shops, cinemas, fast food and traditional restaurants and a bowling alley together with ample parking

Directions
Fly to Faro airport and either rent a hire car or take a taxi, both of which are readily available. The journey to Vale de Parra is approximately 30 minutes by road. Alternatively, fly to Lisbon airport and drive down to the Algarve which will take approximately 2-3 hours.
