Description of holiday villa in Tropea, Calabria

Our stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom air conditioned detached villa is the largest of four set in its own grounds on a hillside just above Zambrone Beach overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with the volcanic island of Stromboli in the distance. The villa is about 8 kilometres away from the beautiful old town of Tropea, with its cobbled streets and plentiful restaurants bars and gelaterias. The area was voted by the Sunday Times as the best beach holiday destination in Europe, due to the number and quality of white sandy beaches along the coat in an area known as ‘The coast of the Gods’ The villa is well appointed with two terraces, one of which is covered to provide shade and comfort for outside dining for eight. There are loungers for use within the gardens, which houses its own BBQ. The inside of the villa is very spacious with over 190 sq mtrs of living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dish washer, oven, microwave etc. There is a full range of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, with indoor seating for eight. The utility room houses both the washing machine and tumble dryer. Downstairs the lounge has sofa seating for eight, flat screen TV, DVD player, sound system and open fireplace. There are two double beds, two twin beds and a sofa bed providing sleeping for eight. The bedrooms are spacious, two of which have doors opening on to the terraces, with ample storage for all. The villa has air conditioning, fireplace and gas central heating, providing comfort at all times of the year.

Deposit/Booking Notes: Change over days are normally Saturday, but we will try and provide other days if possible. A non refundable deposit of 30% is payable by cheque or bank transfer on booking. A fully refundable security deposit of £200 is required with payment of balance. A final cleaning charge of £100 is made.
