Torrevieja Villas are 2 lovely, spacious, newly built 3 bedroom townhouses next door to each other.

Each sleeps up to 8 (or 16 for both). They can be rented together or separately. A car is not essential due to our central location close to Blue Flag beaches. Golf courses, restaurants, supermarkets and bars are all within easy reach. The villas have the benefit of a lovely, large, immaculate pool (with kids' section) in delightful gardens surrounded by palm trees.

Our south facing patio has views directly onto the pool area, so children can be safely watched from our patio while you relax.

This lovely patio is furnished with a large table, 6 chairs, sunloungers, parasols, and a BBQ and is great for an evening BBQ or late night swim.

There is an additional separate patio and balcony, both with table & chairs. Off Street Parking is available.

Other activities

Torrevieja has one of the largest open air street markets in Spain. Every Friday people come from miles around to pick up a bargain or to buy fruit and vegetables, and there are local handcrafted products for sale

The large indoor market is open daily for fish, fruit, vegetables and fresh meat

Every evening in the summer, near the harbour, there is the craft market where you can buy hand-made jewellery or maybe some carved art from Africa and leather goods which are very reasonably priced.

Torrevieja has lots of of restaurants, local fresh fish restaurants abound and there is a fantastic selection of Italian, French, German, Chinese, and Indian. The cost of food and drinks in Torrevieja is very cheap compared with the UK.

Torrevieja has a superb selection of sports for the enthusiast, including sailing, diving, tennis, bowls, athletics, football and a gymnasium. With several Championship golf courses around Torrevieja, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a golfing holiday.

Tourist attractions

Aquapolis Water Park is a 15 min walk from the houses.

There is a Lovely Water Park, Aquapololis, very near the houses - just 15 minutes walk. It's great fun with lots of water rides etc. to keep children (and adults) happy. There is also food and drink available. It is open from June to September

A small, permanent fun fair has its home just off the Promenade which is open every evening in the summer.

You can take a boat ride to the island of Tabarca where you can scuba dive or sail along the coast. Boat rides are available from the port of Torrevieja, as well as fishing trips.

There are also daily trips to Benidorm and all the Parks there........ including Terra Mitica!!

There are magnificent beaches of fine sand and plentiful squares, walkways, parks, gardens and natural beauty spots to explore.

This ancient sea port is steeped in history and you can still see many reminders of its colourful past. There's the "embarcadero romano", the old Roman docks at La Mata, and along the coast you'll see the ancient watch towers of La Mata and El Moro - used in the Middle Ages to warn the local inhabitants of impending attacks by Barbary pirates.

Of artistic interest is the famous "modernist" Casino on the seafront. The casino was built in 1887 with an impressive mozarabic-style hall and is now used as a cultural centre.

The Recinto de las Eras de las Sal is another historic site which was once an ancient salt yard but is now an open air theatre where the annual "Habaneras" international music competition is held.

The Habaneras is a celebration of the soulful, rhythmic music brought to Torrevieja in the 19th century through the town's sea trading links with Cuba. The festival is held in August when the town swings to the Latin American rhythms of the habaneras and international choral performances.

The town's main centre of worship is the Archipriestal Church, built at the turn of the last century. This is where the locals worship the image of their patron saint, the Immaculate Conception. In the municipal social and cultural centre at Los Angeles you'll find the Holy Week Museum and there's also the Museum of Salt charting Torrevieja's history of salt production and export as far back as Roman times.

Visit the salt flats which surround the town - the "salterns" which are a nature reserve and home to 250 species of bird including flamingos which never fail to delight visitors approaching the town for the first time.
