It is a magnificent tourist village located in the Urbanization 'Torre Azul', about 15 minutes from Elche, Alicante and many beaches of the Costa Blanca. Its location allows enjoyment of both the tranquility of the countryside, the cities and warm beaches nearby.

Our plot is fenced with stone wall and iron forges with cypress hedges on the inside. It is distributed to shelter the centre and around the various green areas and recreational and sports facilities.

Location description

Because of its good weather throughout the year, Alicante is an ideal destination for the practice of any outdoor activity. Without leaving the villa, you can practice: Tennis, swimming, basketball, table tennis; Petanque; Games table ... as well as many games taking advantage of the outdoor tennis court, swimming pool, etc..

The villa is located in the triangle Alicante-Elche-Santa Pola, with about 15 minutes from these locations. Also within minutes we reach many beaches of the Costa Blanca. Other destinations are noteworthy Tabarca Island and Benidorm. In all of them can enjoy delicious food, their culture and festivals.
