The villa is fully furnished and decorated with authentic vintage objects, free WI-Fi internet, fully air-conditioned, towels- linen and maid service provided. Villa Phoebe will make you feel at home providing all that is necessary for your privacy and peaceful stay in Mani.
The GROUND FLOOR level has an open plan kitchen and spacious living room with A/C, TV LCD, DVD, Internet WI-Fi connection and comfortable sofas around the fireplace with views over Messinian bay. Large dining area with seating for 4-6 guests. WC with a washing machine. Direct access to the large veranda.
Also available for an extra guest is the sofa that can become a single bed.
In the UPPER FLOOR there are 2 separate bedrooms with A/C and a comfortable bathroom. The bedrooms are set on the front of the villa so from both rooms can enjoy unobstructed sea views and unforgettable sunsets.
From both rooms direct access to the upper floor balcony.

Location description
Peloponnese Region: is the sourthernmost point of mainland Greece.
Messinian Mani: is a stunningly beautiful area in the southern Peloponnese region in Greece. It has fascinating and colourful History and an impressive unique Architecture. Benefiting from an ideal climate, the absence of heavy industry and large cities, the area has a very clean environment, stunning mountain scenery and a crystal clear sea.
Stoupa: is a seaside village of Messinian Mani with very ancient history which can charm the visitor all the seasons of the year. Stoupa itself is packed with great restaurants, bars and nightclubs, ATM bank, as well as plenty of shops and places of historical interest.
Unique Beaches: like Kalogria, Stoupa, Delfinia, Ritsa, Foneas, Pantazi and Gnospi, are all in a few minutes drive.
Sightseeing: More than 200 Byzantine and post Byzantine small churches with magnificent frescoes are scattered in the greater Mani area in Greece.
Worth visiting are also the famous Mani towers such as Douraki at Kastania, Kitriniari at Exohori, Mourtzinou at Old Kardamyli and Christea at Ag. Dimitrios.
The world famous Dirou Cave (30km) and the unexplored Katafygi Cave.
Old Footpaths and the fantastic Vyrou and Noupanti Gorges.
Mistras Byzantine castle city (98km).
Vassiliki Forest, one of the greater Black Pine Forests in Europe, is easily accessible with suv car from Saidona village, an alternative way to wander in Taygetos Mountain.
Directions
Kalamata Airport: Charter flights operate between May and October. Approx 1 hr drive.
Athens Airport: 'Scheduled' and 'No Frills' carriers operate throughout the year. A pleasant drive through
spectacular scenery which depending on traffic, normally takes just over 3 hours.
