Interior
Entry to the up-market Villa Fegari is into the top floor’s large open-plan, split level area which includes a kitchen, dining area and sunken living room with many windows from which to admire the view and French windows leading out to the large front terrace. This spacious and airy room has wooden ceilings and floors, with natural wood cabinets and a big wooden dining table. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and includes a dishwasher, with the dining area sitting just above the living room. One step down brings you to the living room, with its corner fireplace and traditional built-in seating. A television sits in one corner and a good selection of books line the walls. Two sets of French windows lead out to a large, well-furnished terrace with 180 degree views from one side of the island to the other; from Skopelos harbour to Stafylos bay. A door from the kitchen leads out to a further spacious, shady terrace with built in BBQ and plenty of comfortable seating.
Stairs next to the main door lead down to the lower level where there are two spacious double bedrooms, one with en-suite w/c shower, with a second w/c shower in the hallway. Both bedrooms have French windows out to the pool area, which can also be reached via a door in the hallway on this lower level. A third and completely separate bedroom with double bed and en-suite w/c shower room is accessed by French windows from the pool terrace giving added privacy within larger groups.

Exterior
Villa Fegari is traditional in style and is set in its own well maintained, walled gardens designed to protect its privacy. A large, partially shaded terrace is conveniently located just off the kitchen and overlooking the pool and has a BBQ and long picnic-style table with built-in seating and plenty of cushions. Stairs lead down from this terrace to the spacious pool area, from which the same amazing views can be enjoyed. On the other side of the villa is the large terrace accessed from the living area and equally well-furnished. The washing machine is located in a small laundry room reached by steps from the pool terrace.

Surroundings
This lovely villa is situated in the hills above Skopelos Town which is approximately 10 minutes away by car, with the beaches at Glyfoneri and Glysteri being only a few minutes drive away Roads close to the villa take you across the island to Panormos and Elios, or through the interior of the island to Ananias or beyond. The villa is also a great starting point for walkers as there are many tracks to explore nearby.
