Description of holiday villa in Shabla, Black Sea Coast

Large Villa in Shabla, Bulgaria with outside pool, secluded garden and outside lighting - set over 3 floors of 350 square metres sleeping upto 18 persons - each floor can be separated to its own apartment with kitchens and shower rooms - a large patio is on the ground floor and large balconies above. Outside kitchen and eating area - The 3rd floor is a large open plan area Scandinavian style of all wood with double bed and single beds - kitchen and shower room.

First two floors each have two furnished bedrooms, open plan living rooms with kitchen areas, modern bathrooms fully tiled with wc's and washing machines.

All first floor rooms have balconies with wonderful living room balconies. The third floor represents a Scandinavian style [all wood] large open plan area with double bed and four single beds with balcony and wonderful view across the town - with kitchen and bathroom.

The property has two tv's and cd/radio players, two washing machines and six bicycles.It has also an outside kitchen and kitchen area for barbq The property is four kilometres from the Black Sea and wonderful beaches and lake.

The region of this property is known for its mild climate, nature reserves and ecologically clean production of fruits and vegetables.

Shops and restaurants are close by [100-200 metres]. The town's population is 4.5 thousand.

Should you wish then car hire/taxi/coach can be arranged from either the Villa or Varna airport. Close to migration routes - close to the sea and long wonderful beaches and the famous Durankulak and Shabla lakes. Close to Kaliakra and Russalka nature spots. Close to Golden Sands holiday resort and to 3 international golf courses currently under construction

Location description

Shabla is a Town of 4,700 people and lies 4 kilometres from the Black Sea with it's beautiful unspoilt beaches. The Town has 7 restaurants, bars, Doctors, Police Station, shops, supermarkets, a hotel etc.

The beach also has bars, restaurants, discos. Just befor the beaches you'll pass the summer residence of the Bulgarian Prime Minister and the famous Shabla Lake and Tuzla. The Durankulak lakes are also close by - both very important areas on bird migration routes. Many lovely coastal towns mark the route from Varna airport to Shabla including the world famous international resorts of Albena and Golden Sands. Other local attractions include coastal resorts at Russalka, Kavarna, Kamen Briag and the Nature reserve and protected area at Kaliakra.

The area is totally unspoilt by Tourism and is known for it's mild climate and eco friendly nature. Two cities lie within 50 miles of the Villa - Dobrich [inland] and the Superb Coastal City of Varna.
The Romanian border is about 20 miles North with it's own coastal holiday resorts.
All in all - a wonderful unspoiled area.
