Description of holiday villa in Sant Josep de sa Talaia, Ibiza
Can del Sol (10 pers.) is a beautiful, large villa with a mainhaus and three guests stayings. The atmosphere of this villa is amazing, nice furniture, decorations, lights and curtains. Located at a hill with a amazing view over the mediterrean sea.
In front of the mainhaus is a big terrace with a long table and banks. Across the stairs you come to the swimming pool with a nice big terrace. There are more terraces around the villa.
On the terrace at the westside is a poolbiljart which you can use for free. Can del Sol is about 5 miles from San Jose and about 10 miles from Ibiza-town. Nice beaches like Cala Tarida, Cala Basa and Cala Conta are on 5 minutes with the car.
The nice living is decorated with comfortable furniture and a big table. Here is air conditioning. The modern open-kitchen with gas cooker and oven, fridge,microwave and a dishwasher. The washing-machine is in a seperate room. In the masterbedroom with air-conditioning and a big wooden double bed. Then a nice bathroom with jacuzzi, shower and handbasin. There are two bedrooms more, of which one with two single beds and one with one single bed. Together they divide a smaller bathroom with shower, handbasin and bath. Satellite tv and cd are precence.
The gueststay "Rustico"is nice decorated and has a two persons canopy-bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. This gueststay has a big terrace with an amazing view.
The gueststay "Marroqui", with air-conditoning has an oriental apereance. There is a two persons canopy-bed, bathroom with a bath, living an a kitchen.
The gueststay "Color", with air-conditioning, Is very colorful decorated. A bedroom with a two persons canopy-bed, bathroom and a kitchen.

Deposit/Booking Notes: Reservations
- Prices to be considered for the year 2009. The price includes the rental of the house, use of gas, water and electricity (unless marked differently), the use of bedlinnen, towels for personal use (not to bring them to the beach).
- You can enter your rented house from 16.00 hours in the afternoon on the day of arrival, and have to leave it at 10.00 in the morning of the day of departure (we try to be very reasonable with these hours).
- The application/reservation is made by telephone or through email/internet. After this you will receive a reservation-confirmation whith all the further personal and financial information. The reservation is definite after the downpayment is received.
Payment and deposit
The downpayment of 50 % off the total rental amount, has to be paid within 14 days of reservation (unless marked differently). The other 50% of the payment has to be paid in cash, on the day of arrival in Ibiza. If you don't want to travel with a lot of money, make sure the other 50 % is paid on time, so by arrival in Ibiza, the payment is received at the bank.
Also at arrival in Ibiza, you have to pay the deposit in cash as a warrent. This deposit will be paid back on the day of departure, subtrackted if there is any demage made. It can also happen that the deposit will be paid by bankaccount later, if the damage will be definit.
Renters commitment
The renter/tenant needs to respect his/hers holiday house and threat it with care and respect, and has to leave it behind in good conditions after the rented period, like it was when rented on the first day.
Children under the age of one are not counted like rental people. Living in the rented house is only allowed to the number of people as agreed during booking. If these rules are not kept, extra costs can be charged.
Cancellation
Cancellation of a reservation has to be confirmed in writing.
The cancellation fee will be;
- In case of cancellation till 6 weeks before departure: 20% of the total amount
- In case of cancellation from 6 weeks till two weeks before departure: 50% of the total amount
- In case of cancellation within two weeks before departure: 100% of the total amount
The cancellation starts on the day that we will receive your written confirmation. We advise you to effect a cancellation insurance as soon as you make the reservation. Not only for the rental of the house, as well as for the flight.
Responsibility J. Reus
The latter/mediator as well as J.Reus does not take any responsibilty for any damage or personal injury sustained in/around the rented house/apartment. There are no special security supplies for children. The latter/mediator as well as J.Reus will deliberate concerning the suitability of a certain house for children. Parents or companions however, stay responsible for the supervision and control of their children.
