This new build villa is situated in the beautiful north east coast of Sardinia within its own grounds and not overlooked by any other properties. It has been built using the latest technology to ensure your safety, comfort and convenience. It is a short drive to San Teodoro and the Costa Smeralda the playground for the rich and famous. Treetop villa’s location offers the option of a quiet relaxing holiday or a fun filled holiday for all the family with the added bonus of getting a peaceful night sleep on your return should you decide to check out the nightlife.

All floors on the first floor are tiled. The ceilings are of natural wood with exposed beams. On the first floor there is a large open planned area where the lounge,dining room and kitchen are situated. The kitchen is solid wood and fully fitted with marble worktops and all integrated appliances. There are two bedrooms on the first floor one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.

The ground floor has solid, wooden floors. There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom on this level.The villa has a central heating system and fans in all rooms. A utility room is equipped with fitted units, sink and a washing machine. Crockery, linen, towels and cutlery are provided.

It is advisable to hire a car whilst in Sardinia. The villa is situated close to a plethora of beaches including (La Cinta 10min drive away). San Teodoro town has many bars, restaurants and nightlife. Close to the villa are Biasi and Padru which offer restaurants, bars, agriturismos and supermarkets.

The famous Costa Smeralda is a 20min drive from the villa and you can visit Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo where you may spot some of the many celebrities who visit and have villas on the island. Madonna, Leonardo Dicaprio, Silvio Berlusconi, Tom Cruise and Roman Abramovich.

Location description

There are fabulous beaches and coves around the North East Coast. They vary from emerald green to azure blue seas with white sandy beaches. During the summer months the water heats up to bath temperature where you can spend hours in the crystal clear waters. La Cinta beach in San Teodoro is the closest to the villa about a 10 minute drive. It is also a safe beach for children. There are numerous beaches and coves from the villa that take anywhere from 10 min to 20 min to get to.There are plenty of activities on the beach from snorkelling, para sailing/gliding, sailing, canoeing,basically whatever water sport you can think of it can usually be found in San Teodoro.

San Teodoro is also where many bars,restaurants, and nightlife can be found which goes on into the small hours. Closer to the villa is Biasi which has a pizza restaurant and bar, two kilometres away is Padru which has bars and a couple of restaurants. You will find your money goes further here as it is not so touristy. A drink here will cost approx 2 euros. In San Teodoro it would cost around 3-5 euros.

Try the local Agriturismos, Boltei and Casteddu which are both excellent. For approx 30 euros you eat and drink as much as you can manage. There are numerous dishes to try and should take about four hours for dinner. The food and wine is grown naturally without fertilisers or the use of pesticides.

Olbia has a variety of retail outlets. There are many designer shops with fashionable items. If you are looking for well priced goods Globo a designer discount store which sells Italian clothing, shoes and jewellery. In the opposite direction from Globo is a supermarket LD and Auchan which is a shopping centre. You will be able to find most things here.

There are many tourist attractions from boat excursions to Tavolara, museums to visit or celebrity spotting in the Costa Smeralda. A car is really essential to get around the island there is so much to do and see it is such a waste just to stay in the one place.In the villa we have left informative leaflets and guide books.

You can of course just relax at the villa with a book or watch from the balcony the eagles and red kites soaring above. You may see woodpeckers pecking at the cork oak trees in the wooded area of the garden. There are many beautiful brightly coloured butterflies which wind their way through the garden and wooded areas of the villa. If you are a nature lover it is amazing what you see in a small area. In San Teodoro there are pink flamingos.
