Villa Sibillini is one of the biggest rental villas in Le Marche equipped to suit large groups with spacious accommodation and facilities.

Sleeping 17 adults and up to 4 children (sharing), Villa Sibillini is great value for money at just €42.00 per person, per day (based on 17 adults) - a total of €5000 for a week. (2008)

PRICES for 2009 1st January to 31st September €6000.00 per week (€50.42 per person per day based on 17 adults)

We believe we have the ideal villa rental with several value added benefits and services, along with stunning mountain views, a child friendly swimming pool and spacious lounge areas. This self-catering Villa has a daily maid and pool cleaning service. Essential WIFI Broadband internet access.

So what is included?
This large villa has en-suite bedrooms, and bathrooms are equipped with power showers, toilets, washbasins plus four with bidets. Hairdryers and towels are also provided along with shampoo and soaps. Mosquito nets and fans provided during summer months.

Maid service for 6 days - 2 hours per day to clean the villa. NB the maid is available beyond the two hours if you wish, to make beds and do any washing at a rate of €15.00 per hour, payable directly to the maid
The pool and garden will be checked every three days
Your bedding and towels will be changed on the fourth day

Villa Sibillini is set amongst the Marche countryside oerlooking the stunning Sibillini Mountains.

The boast of Le Marche is that it's the whole of Italy in one region - there are lakes, mountains, Adriatic coastline, caves and grottos, plus castles, forts, Roman ruins, museums and churches.

For the more adventurous there are more active pursuits, or you could try a local spa for some relaxing treatments. If you prefer there are also the factory outlets for shoes and handbags!

Villa Sibillini is situated close to the medieval hilltop town of San Ginesio within easy access of Tolentino Est exit from the SS77 and just 40 minutes from the A14.

Fly Ryan Air from Stansted to Ancona or Pescara, East Midlands to Rimini or to Rome, Bologna or Perugia with Ryan Air and other airlines. Take advantage of the special rates with Hertz if you fly with Ryan Air.

Trains can bring you to Civitanova or directly to Tolentino, just 20 minutes from the villa.
