Description of holiday villa in San Agustin / San Antonio, Ibiza

Mariposa de Noche is situated on a hill between San Josep and San Antoni called Hanibal Heights. The quiet villa with a terrain of 1000m2 lies in a terrace between the trees of which one grows throught the roof.

TERRACES & SWIMMING POOL
The premises is divided by two terraces: a big sun terrace with pool (10x4) with deckchairs and rocking sofa. Here you can enjoy the sun all day and you can look far into the hills up to the bay of san antoni. On the back behind is the villa, lies a much cooler terrace.In the back of the garden there are deckchairs with some small palmtrees and banana trees. Along the stone wall there are plants and pots. This ends in a nice patio with terra cotta tiles with various flowers and plants where you enter the house of 85 m2.

BACK TERRACE
Back terrace ca 25 m2 with BBQ and extra outside rustique ceramic dining table, also a corner with bearchairs as extra seat with a splendid view.

BEDROOMS (3) & BATHROOMS (2) & SOFABED (1)
Entrance: reception with direct entrance to the master bedroom with a double bed and a windows with wooden shutters overlooking the garden. It has a spacious closet with louvre doors and a big mirror. There is room enough for an extra (baby) bed or another bed. Next to the bedroom lies the main bathroom with bath, seperate shower and toilet.

The second bedroom with a double bed overlooks the patio / pool by a window and with an extra window it looks to the side were the sun comes up.

The third bedroom with two seperate beds has an en suite smaller bathroom with shower and toilet is also just renovated in april 2008. It has a ceiling fan with a window and also the bathroom has an extra window for a cool breeze.

The house has a Luxurious sofabed (1.40 x 2.00)

LIVING
The Living area has a light stone floor and a cosy fireplace. TV DVD Music and (satellite) is availlable in the corner with some films. The furniture consists of: a glass table and a light rug with a two person sofa(bed) and two seats. A wooden dining table has two chairs in Spanish style and is surrounded wiht a new Ibicenco sofa with a cabinet for storage of toysand games.The big glass windows with entrance to the terrace offers you a superb view on the bay of San Antonio.

KITCHEN
The Kitchen has been totally renewed in 2008 wiht all comforts such as a gas stove, dish washer, mirco wave and oven, fridge wiht freezer etc. Also a waterboiler and toaster are present. All cooking equipment, plates, cutlery, glasses are available. The cooling window in the kitchen has view on patio. Also a CD player with i-pod station isnext to the bar in the kitchen for music while cooking and in the living.

STORAGE
closet with tools, cleaning equipment, washing machine and extra storage for pillows of the deckchairs.
