The master bedroom has a romantic four-poster bed, on this floor restored original high beamed ceilings that date back to 1931 give the Villa character and charm. On the same floor you can find a twin-bedded room and the main bathroom with bath that has kept its original balcony.
Both upstair bedrooms have large terrazzas with sunloungers, tables and chairs where you can read a good book, sunbathe, sip a refreshing cocktail or just simply enjoy the stunning view of Mount Etna to the south and the Aeolian islands and Tindari to the north.

The kitchen downstairs is spacious and well equipped with large french windows so that you can access the covered patio outside to dine al fresco with a nice bottle of Sicilian wine and food on the barbeque.

Outside there is a lawned area which is illuminated in the evening and private parking for up to 4 cars.The Villa is fully enclosed by electric gates.

The living room has a real log fire for the colder seasons and there is also the possibility to switch on the central heating. A king-sized bedroom can be found off the living room on the ground floor, another bathroom with shower can be found on the same floor. Outside there is a utility room with a washing machine and sink.
