The property is located in a small community just outside of the beautiful town of Rafol d` Almunia and at the midpoint between Valencia and Alicante on the East Coast of the Costa Blanca.

Located within the Orba Valley mountain ranges, the elevated aspect delivers staggering mountain and coastal views for miles around with a pleasant valley breeze that is cooling even on the hottest of days.

The property has 5 double bedrooms and 4 bath / en-suite shower rooms and has the capacity to sleep up to 12 guests. Three of the bedrooms are located on the same level as the main living, dining and kitchen area, with an additional 2 bedrooms located in a self contained apartment below. The apartment has its own kitchen, dining area and lounge and is connected to the main house by an integral staircase.

The 11m x 5m filtered swimming pool is located on the private terrace and is guaranteed to keep the children amused and is very refreshing on those hot Spanish days.

The nearest coastal resort is the town of Denia which is approx. 15/20 minutes by car. Also there are nearby coastal towns of Javea, Moraira, Calpe and Altea to explore. Benidorm is only 45minutes away offering many things to do including Theme and Water parks.

Location description

Ideally located in the peaceful mountain top urbanisation of Rafol De Almunia near Monte Pego, this luxury villa enjoys fantastic views overlooking the beautiful Orba Valley from its private pool and roof terrace. With a total of 5 bedrooms and 2 separate living areas, the villa can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably making it an ideal base for your family holiday on the Costa Blanca.

The villa is situated at a midpoint between Alicante and Valencia airports with approx 103kms (1 Hour) to each of these towns.

Being only 15/20 minutes drive from the popular Port town of Denia, the villa is ideally located for exploring the Costa Blanca or if you are planning a stopover in Ibiza or Majorca.

Denia is a great town to visit with Spanish traditional Fiestas all throughout the Summer period, great shopping streets, historic castle, cafe's, restaurants and clubs especially on the new marina which houses a large choice of fine restaurants serving international cuisines. Also, there are the Marques del Campos and Ondara Shopping centres nearby.

It's a great location even for Golfing holidays, with easy access to a number of popular Golf courses including Oliva Nova and La Sella.

Within 15 minutes from the villa is the El Vergel Safari park home to many wild animals, the Montgo mountain and natural reserve or the picturesque Mediterranean gardens in La Xara.

Water Sports such as diving, water skiing, fishing, snorkeling; windsurfing, yachting, boat hire, jet skis and swimming are all available in Denia Port.

Cruises around the Costa Blanca are also available departing Denia Port or Javea in the mornings as well as romantic sunset cruises. Tennis courts, entertainment centre, restaurants and a bar are also available in Monte Pego only 5 minutes away.

Theme Parks, water parks and Luna parks are available in the Benidorm area at only 40 minutes drive on the AP7. Go Karting: Karting tracks are available in Vergel near the Safari Park and in the junction of the N332 near the exit for Denia and Pedregeuer. Safari Park with wild animals and rides is located in Vergel only ten minutes drive down Monte Pego. Denia Castle and the Montgo Natural reserve are well worth a visit. Shopping is plentiful in Ondara Shopping Centre (largest in Northern Costa Blanca) ten minutes drive.

Golf Holidays:
Several Golf courses are available between Valencia and Alicante with the closest golf courses being Oliva Nova designed by Severiano Ballesteros and the La Sella Resort Golf & Spa also home of the Marriott hotel. Other beautiful golf courses are available between Moraira and Benidorm at under an hour's drive.

Eating Out:
Restaurants / Pubs / Discos: Several pubs, clubs and Discos are available in Denia just off Marques Del Campos and below the Castle. The new Marina is also home to some of the trendiest cafes and disco clubs playing music till the late hours and a great nigh life destination. Top class restaurants and international cuisines are available including Asian Fusion dining, Argentinean, Indian, Spanish, Italian and more. Very good restaurants and clubs are also found in Vergel at only a ten minute drive away from the villa.
