Independent villa with large patio and beautiful garden of 2500 sq meters, perfect for people who need privacy and quiet. The Villa is made up of 3 large bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom), 1 bathroom, living room with kitchen and fireplace. Villa Aloe is close to the golf course at Is Molas.

Villa Aloe is supplied with many comforts such as air conditioner, oven, microwave, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, water tank. There is also garden furniture. Beautiful enclosed garden of 2.500 sqm with green grass and thick vegetation with palms and pine trees and many coloured flowers. The garden has both a normal and an automatic gate.

Prices include towels and bed linen, weekly change that takes place on Saturday.
The only additional costs to be paid locally on arrival are the weekly consumption Euro 25,00, final cleanings of Euro 175.00 and a deposit of Euro 500.00 which will be returned upon departure.

The Is Molas golf course is one of the most famous in Italy, and has been the benchmark for this sport in Sardinia for over thirty years.
