Description of holiday villa in Peccioli, Tuscany

Villa la Bella is located in the picturesque hamlet of Fabbrica, which has great views all over.
This Medieval Villa still retains the original charm apart from some original pieces of furniture too! It has been restored a few years ago in true Tuscan style with arched ceilings, paintings and embellishments.

Villa La Bella can comfortably house 8+3 people. The 400 sq. mt. area of the house is divided into two levels.

Ground floor: This level comprises of a fully furnished living room with sofa, arm chairs, TV and the antique fireplace is the highlight of this area. The other rooms on this floor are a store room, a luxurious dining room, a library, a shower room and a spacious and well equipped kitchen that has oven, dishwasher, etc. An elegant staircase leads to the 1st floor.

There are nice French windows in the the kitchen and living room, through which one has access to the garden. The garden has a pergola with tables and chairs - a perfect place for alfresco dining. From the garden there is a fantastic view of the vineyards, olive trees, hills that wind their way to the city of Volterra.

First Floor: This level has 2 master bedrooms (each with a four poster bed) and 2 twin bedrooms (they can be used either as a double rooms or twin depending on the requirement). If there are 3 people extra in the group, the bedrooms are spacious enough to occupy three single beds each can be added in any of the bedrooms (one in any of the bedrooms). There is 1 bathroom with tub and 1 bathroom with shower.

The lower garden has the swimming pool (12x4x1.30mt with Jacuzzi) with sun beds and umbrellas. There is a tufa wall here for the privacy of the guests.

At any easy walk, there are shops, bar/patisserie, bank, post office, chemist and doctor.
