Magnolia villa is situated in Ovacik a 15 minute walk from the lively town of Hisaronu and a 5 minute dolmus ride {bus} from either Oludeniz or Calis beaches.

The villa is a fully equipped fully air-conditioned 3 bed 3 bath villa that sleeps 6 although the double bedroom has room for a cot if required plus a z-bed (although only suitable for a child) so will sleep 8 in total. Pricing includes a mid holiday clean, towel and linen change.

The villa is set up as a 2 bed 2 bath villa on the upper floor with a self contained 1 bed 1 bath fully equipped apartment on the lower level. Both have private access but also have internal access. Ideal for families wishing to have a liitle more space and privacy or 2 families sharing. They are only ever let out to together.

With it's private garden and kush {Turkish seating area} the villa benefits from privacy but has access to the huge 150 sqm pool and site Cafe~Bar.

Villa Magnolia is just a few minutes from local shops and restaurants ensuring you don't need to move very far for all your holiday essentials.

Location description

The Ovacik area in the South West of Turkey has a rugged landscape and a mediterranean climate. Temperatures tend to be in the upper 30's during the long summer months but being tucked away in the mountains Ovacik benefits from the cooling mountain breezes.

With it's many historical sites and wonders, this area of Turkey makes a great base for siteseeing and enjoying what Turkey has to offer.

Ovacik lies on the outskirts of Hisaronu, a lively resort with many bars, shops and restaurants. Catering for guests of all ages it can be as lively as you want or just a turn of a corner and you will find yourself in a quiet garden surrounded by trees enjoying the company of friends and family over a good meal.

A weekly Turkish market is held with all the delights of haggling and a glass of apple tea on offer.
Oludeniz can be reached by dolmus and also has plenty of shops and bars along with it's famous beaches.

Fethiye, the main town in this area is a short 10 minute dolmus ride away . With it's fantastic harbour front and more laid back feel it makes a great day or evening out to sample the delights of the friendly Turkish people.
