Description of holiday villa in Nerja, Andalucia

This South-East-orientated villa is superbly spotted on a plot close to the town and the sea.

Access to the property is made from the upper part. A garage stands next to a gate and a back terrace. The entrance door opens to a lounge area with a panoramic, glass window with breathtaking views to Nerja and the sea, even when sitting down on the couch. Kitchen is independent with a dining adjacent to it. The terrace also offers room for al-fresco dining with the ideal views. On the same floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom -with an extra door to the lounge for general use. One level below are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). Another level down is the relaxing area: a private bar with a lounge, a jacuzzi area and a terrace leading you to the pool (standard size) and the solarium. Zig-zag-shaped stairs will drive you through a terraced garden of bushes and flowers down to a private, paddle court!

All rooms are in good condition, since the property was recently refurbished. Although not recommended for people who are disabled or have problems with stairs. This area offers different leisure options and it is close to all amenities: 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Nerja or the motorway.

It is located in one of the most high standart Urbanisation of Nerja.Close to the beach and Nerja where you can enjoy of all the amenities and activities you wish.
It is recomendable to have a car so you can be on your own.
Near to the Motorway to Malaga and the new one to Granada. Perfect for one day trip.
