Casa Bella is an idyllic five-bedroom family retreat set away from the road on a hillside with panoramic views and many of the facilities you might expect to find in a top hotel.

Outdoor facilities include a swimming pool with a child alarm, lush green lawns, including space for croquet, a table tennis table, a barbecue, and a vineyard growing behind the house. There are a few bikes for guests.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area are spacious and filled with natural light, whilst the huge sitting room has wonderful Italian furniture, a giant television with a satellite feed (with TotalTV) and magnificent windows that open out to spectacular views.

All five bedrooms are cool, exquisitely furnished and spread around the villa to afford their occupants maximum privacy.

Bella's other highlight is a wonderful veranda with stunning views and room for everyone to eat, or just chill out in the fresh Istrian air.

It sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. Three of these are upstairs: the double master en suite, plus a twin and a double that share a bathroom. Downstairs there is another twin and double with a shared bathroom.

Location description

Istria sits in the northwest of Croatia. It has in common with Tuscany beautiful rolling hills on which are perched fabulous medieval towns.

Unlike Tuscany and the better known parts of Croatia like the Dalmatian coast, Istria remains blissfully unblemished by the mainstream European tourist trail, which means that it retains its local character throughout the year. Istria's roads are empty and modern, its food is fantastic, and its climate is delightful.

Cassa Bella is situated in Zudetici, approximately twenty minutes to the west of our other villas, which means it is closer to the motorway and perfectly placed for a twenty minute drive to the coast.

Above all, it is a villa that provides the perfect location for a family holiday. It has large open lawns that surround the largest pool in the area with its invaluable child-alarm. On top of all the facilities and Bella's ease of access to the rest of the area.
