Description of holiday villa in Moraira, Costa Blanca / Alicante

Casa Evesham is located in the Paichi area of the beautiful fishing village of Moraira. Located in a quiet road on a hill that provides views across the valley and down to the sea. There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin, a superbly fitted luxury bathroom, separate toilet, a large lounge with a separate dining area, a glazed naya, various sun terraces and a private heated swimming pool, and a pool side shower. Sleeps 6 people comfortably, extra beds and cots can be provided. The large living room provides plenty of space to relax in the evening and has a TV that receives all major UK TV channels, wireless broadband, video and DVD player. There is a dining area attached to the living room and terrace for outdoor dining. The kitchen is well equipped including washing/drying facilities. There is also a spacious naya with dining & lounge areas with views across the valley. Landscaped gardens and sun terraces provide space to sunbathe around the pool (9m x4m x 2m deep). In addition to a garage there is space for two more cars.
Another feature of Casa Evesham is that it has its own ball court where all type of ball games can placed A volleyball net is also provided.
The pool is heated in the cooler periods to a level of 27 degrees - there is no extra charge for this facility.
From either the terrace or the naya the sea views are beautiful also showing distant mountain ranges and the famous Calpe Rock
There is also1 bed downstairs apartment for hire at £100 per week (No other persons would be in the apartment during your stay at the main villa)

Leaving Alicante airport take motorway sign to Alicante and Valencia this is the A7 – E5. After approx. 24 km continue through toll booth to junction 63. Then N332 signed to Teulada and Gata. Proceed to and through Teulada town till signed to Moraira
