Casa Marina is a lovely, detached, 5 bedroom villa with a pool which can sleep10 or more. It is situated, on the edge of a small fishing village allowing you to enjoy fabulous views over the Mediterranean. Tucked away at the end of a lane, it is not overlooked,so you can relax and enjoy your holiday in privacy while still being very close to beaches and all the amenities you could wish for. Casa Marina has one of the best views in the area which you can enjoy from both inside and out.
This villa is both comfortable and practical to live in. It has been furnished as a family home and offers the attention to detail that makes it so much more than just another rental property.
Ideal for a large family, two or three families holidaying together or groups of friends. This villa has a large lounge and spacious terraces. with shaded areas. You will be able to relax and enjoy the company of friends and family, have a game of table tennis or just relax by the pool.
All five bedrooms have en suite facilitieswhich ensures privacy for all. There is a large, airy lounge with sea views, a kitchen/diner and a BBQ area with two BBQs. You can chose to cook with gas or charcoal or use both together. There is also an office/study with two computers which have broadband internet connection allowing you to check your emails, keep in touch with home, order your Alhambra tickets or just research the best places to visit!
There is also a one bedroom apartment available (sleeps up to four) which can be booked alongside the villa if required. Please note that during the summer months, the apartment is not rented separately from the villa. If you do not require the extra space it will be left unoccupied. Guests renting the villa only are welcome to also use the apartment terrace.

Location description
Mezquitilla, is part of the coastal area of Velez-Malaga. Being only 7 minutes from the motorway and just off the N340 coast road it is the ideal location for anyone wishing to explore Andalucia.This is very much a family orientated area where children are welcomed.
There are many attractions to visit depending on whether you want something nearby or prefer to venture further afield.
Near to Casa Marina, only a 12 minute drive away is the popular resort area of Nerja. This is a pretty town, very popular with tourists of all nationalities. Nearby at Maro are the famous Nerja Caves which are well worth a visit. Frigiliana, known as one of Andalucia's prettiest white villages is also nearby.
Further afield, you may wish to take a trip to Granada and the Alhambra Palace, or Ronda or any of the numerous areas which are within easy reach.
At Velez-Malaga there is a water park as well as a shopping mall with a Bowling Alley and cinema.
There are local markets on most days of the week as well as evening markets on some of the beaches.
There are many festivals in Spain celebrated throughout the summer often with fun fairs and fireworks.
