The property is decorated to a high standard and comprises of 4 large bedrooms, a spacious open plan lounge and dining room and fully fitted kitchen with all utensils. Outside the villa has a private heated swimming pool. It is surrounded with landscape gardens and has its own BBQ area as well as a terrace for private bathing. The villa also has private parking and walls around the property for full privacy and security. The villa is 5 minute drive from Las Americas, the beach and a championship golf course.

CONTRACT
On arrival at the villa, the temporary rental to third parties agreement should be signed subject to Law 29/1994 24th November of urban rentals (LAU) BOE num. 282, 25th November 1994. Especially and expressly point 2 article 3 of the Section I of said law. A copy of your passport will also be required.

Location description

Los Menores is located in a secluded area, yet only 10 minute drive from the main part of Las Americas, where you can find all the tourist attractions such as the Eagle Park, Manki Park, and the jewel in the crown: the Water Siam park! The north of the island makes for an interesting day out. You can visit Loro park, where the have the largest collection of parrots in the world, and on your way back maybe you can visit El Teide, the highest point of Spain.
