On arrival at the villa, the temporary rental to third parties agreement should be signed subject to Law 29/1994 24th November of urban rentals (LAU) BOE num. 282, 25th November 1994. Especially and expressly point 2 article 3 of the Section I of said law. A copy of your passport will also be required.

Location description

The location of this lovely Villa is excellent!
Whilst it is only 8km from the airport it is not in the flight path. Local amenities are very close, including Las Chafiras, with it's large supermarkets and shops, being less than 2km. Driving to the local beaches takes no time at all. The main roads are easily accessed and it only takes a few minutes to reach the Main Tourist Attractions such as:-
Siam Park, Aqua-land and local Zoo's.
Los Cristianos with its' lovely beaches and Shopping Centres is only 8km and Las Americas is 10km.
Too good to miss!
