Description of holiday villa near Lamai Beach, Koh Samui

East 100 is a three-storied terraced villa that is nestled into the surrounding tropical foliage by which it is enclosed on three sides, visible only from the sea. It's main 50 square metre sala and the equally sized sun terrace on top opens towards the southwest and the sunset, facing the beach, the lagoon, the sea and the islands in the Bay of Bandon.

Since it is a private villa, it is only open to responsible families of up to 8 persons. It is not thought to be rented out to mixed groups of unconnected individuals. It is a place for a civilized vacation for a large family or similar group, especially for families with children or babies.

East 100 is a serviced and privately furnished villa with four double-bed, air-conditioned bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fully functional kitchens, two inside living rooms and altogether nearly 200 square metres of terraces and wooden walkways on three floors and a private direct exit to the beach.

It has a well-stocked library with English and German books, a CD player and a variety of CD's and DVD's. There is year-round 6 MB Internet access and WiFi. Electric kitchen appliances and daily ice cube service are available.

A local housekeeper will look after guests and is responsible for their well-being. She can also be hired separately for additional services like cooking, washing or babysitting.
