Our villa sleeps up to 12 adults and 6 children in the summertime. 12 in the colder period! The top floor has 4 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom and diningroom, broad hallways and a library, 2 fireplaces and enormous terraces which offer 180 degrees views of the surroundings, ocean and hillsides.

Furthermore it offers a huge familyroom, dressingroom and en suite full bathroom on the bottom floor, with garden views. Also on the bottom floor it has a +100 m2 gamesroom, beautifully furbished with a long dining table and chairs, relax chairs, billiards, snooker, soccer, darts and tabletennis games as well as the possibility to add 6 folding beds for the kids. The youngsters must be at least 12 years old and responsable enough to sleep there on their own. They can use the outdoor shower and toilet in the pool area or the other bathrooms in the villa.

The pool area comes with a kitchen and bbq, storage room with 2 fridges and freezer. All kitchen utensils and table ware are available in the pool area for outdoor dining. The Moroccan style poolhouse makes an outdoor livingroom with fireplace to sit and relax until late at night, even on chilly evenings.
