"Sierra Vista" is located on the border of Guardamar and San Fulgencio, on a gentle slope that allow fantastic uninterupted views towards El Hondo nature reserve and the romantic sunset over the impressive mountain range of the "Sierra de Crevillente"

The villa is a Luxurious brand new (2008) three Bedroom two Bathroom detached villa with roof terrace, balconies, private garden and is set within an exclusive gated community with communal pool.

Family & friends can all can dine together or have a drink watching the sun go down from the large well appointed roof terrace, have a BBQ in the garden or share a private moment relaxing on one of two balconies leading from the two upper bedrooms.

La Marina is situated approximately 20 minutes drive South of Alicante Airport,
15 minutes from Elche, 10 minutes from Guardamar, 20 minutes from Torrevieja, and within a 5 minutes drive to some of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca

The Blue Flag of the EU waves over the beaches of La Marina and Guardamar symbolising Unspoiled Beaches, Fine Sand, Calm Sea, Tourist Information, Restaurants, Car Parks, Public Telephones, Bus Stops, Coastguard, Foot Showers, Sports, Games.

La Marina local amenities include banks, public swimming pools, a snooker club, bowling club, supermarkets, national health doctor, private clinic, pharmacy, newsagents and a wide variety of bars and restaurants (UK, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese & Indian)

Again if golf is your thing then the southern part of the Costa Blanca has several good golf courses. La Marina’s closest golf course is La Marquesa which is situated at Rojales about 5 miles away. Within a 20 minute drive are the courses of Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, and and Campoamor. The famous golf courses at La Manga are approximately 45 minutes drive.

Other activities in or around La Marina are Quad bike hire, Jet ski hire, Go-Karting, tennis, badminton, fishing, scuba diving, horse riding and kite surfing among others.

There is a good bus service in La Marina to all the local towns, Orihuela, Elche and the local villages in the Vega Baja. The service also runs to Santa Pola and Alicante to the North, Guardamar, Torrevieja and as far as Cartagena in the South. From the end of June until the first week in September there is also a bus service from the urbanisation down to La Marina beach.

The Costa Blanca, with an average of 320 days of sunshine per year, is renowned for its beautiful Blue Flag beaches and spectacular coastline. From sandy beaches to secluded rocky coves with clear blue waters, sun and sand lovers will be spoilt for choice.

There are no shortage of local places of historical interest, Spanish, Roman and Moorish with Santa Barbara castle in Alicante and the caves of Canelbre at Busot highly recommended.

Terra Mitica theme park, Elche’s safari park, The Aqua parks of both Benidorm and Torrevieja, visit the hilltop town of Guardalest or a 2 mile boat trip from Santa Pola to the Island of Tabarca, all a great day out.

Pola Park - A funtatstic attraction park for children is 10 minutes North of La Marina.

For those quieter days how about a hot air balloon ride or just relaxing on the long sandy beaches that stretch uninterrupted for mile upon mile.
