Description of holiday villa in Krk Island, Kvarner Bay and Highlands

Villa is situated on Krk island in the town of Poljica. A traditional stone house with pool for 6+2 persons. Total size of the house 105 m2 on two floors. Villa is situated in town centre, 3000 m from the sea and 1000 m from shops, 30 m from restaurant.

On ground floor there is a completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and all cooking facilities. The living room is joined with kitchen, and has sat lcd tv and extra bed for 2 persons. The house has 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, with shower, tub and washing machine.

On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds and 2 large double beds (possibility of baby cot and extra beds). One room with terrace and sea view. Each bedroom with lcd tv. Villa is completely air-conditioned in all rooms.

Outside is a big terrace and garden with pool (25m2), grill. Wireless internet and parking facilities for 3 cars available.
