The large open lounge takes you to an arched doorway into the dining/kitchen area which is very comfortable with ample soft seating and a dining table which seats 6. The kitchen/dining area comprises fully fitted kitchen with full-size modern electric oven and hob, washing machine and fridge freezer. An iron and ironing board are also provided. There is also a TV showing 10 English channels with DVD and portable CD player. There is also a downstairs WC.

Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom two and three have twin beds and lots of room for storage. There is also a spacious family bathroom with a shower over bath and toilet.

The patio area boasts a traditional Cypriot BBQ and plenty of space for lounging around the pool. There are table and chairs underneath a pergola offering you some shade whilst dining al fresco.

Location description

Konia
Konia is a picturesque village, ideal for those wanting to be able to relax but be in close proximity to all the action going on in Paphos. Konia is close to some of the best beaches in Cyprus and it is also a golf lovers paradise being only a 15 minutes drive from all three of Cyprus's world class championship courses- Tsada, Ahprodite Hills and Secret Valley

There is a taverna in Konia which is very popular amongst locals, across the road you'll also find a coffee shop (which also serves alcohol!) where you can access the internet. There is a bank and a mini-market in the village which is great for getting those essentials. For all other amenities you are only a short 5 minute drive from Paphos and its many attractions.

Paphos District
Paphos is a World Heritage site and boasts many biblical and roman antiquities, the Tombs of the Kings as well as monasteries galore. Local wine tasting is a popular pastime and many local wineries are within driving distance. The island abounds with wild life, reptiles and birds. All can be found locally or in the preserved Akamas Nature Reserve (great for “off road” driving) including the famous Lara Bay Turtle beach.

The Troodos Mountains and Kykkos monastery are great for a day out where you can ski on Mount Olympus in season in the morning and sunbathe on the beach in the afternoon.

Golf Cyprus is the new jewel in the crown for golfers. There are 3 championship 18 hole golf courses, par 71/72 within easy reach of the villa. Tsada Golf Club is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Secret Valley Golf course is 18km from Paphos and the new Aphrodite Hills golf course is only just a little further on. Scuba diving, fishing and water sports of every description are available in and around Paphos as well as the Paphos Waterpark, the Paphos Bird Park/Zoo and not forgetting Snake Georges at Coral Bay. There are two go karting arenas, 10 pin bowling, cinemas, and green bowling at club level welcomes visitors.

There is lots to do after dark in Paphos with numerous restaurants serving traditional Cypriot and international cuisine. Most of the nightlife in Paphos centres around The Tomb of the Kings Road where you will find lively bars and clubs that stay open until the early hours.
